Schumann Construction, Inc. was incorporated in June of 1993 in Rochester, NY.

Owner’s Shane and Janet Schumann decided to begin this venture after they had renovated their second home and found that they really enjoyed working together.

They discovered they had a real talent for doing this and with Shane’s remodeling skills and Janet’s business background, they had what they needed to do it. Schumann Construction, Inc. officially began in June of 1993 and the office was in their home – a real family business.

Just recently Shane and Janet moved the company into a building they purchased and renovated in the Village of Macedon, just one mile from where they live.

Over the years the company has grown and changed. Shane is now a licensed electrician and an EPA certified Lead Abatement Supervisor.

Janet is a Notary Public and was recently included in the Metropolitan Who’s Who Registry for outstanding achievement in her profession.

They truly enjoy what they do and take great pride in providing quality and professional service to their customers.

Rich Damon, Project Manager
Rich started with the company in January of 2005 and was promoted to Project Manager in October of 2006. Rich has 10 years experience in the Construction business. He is married and has a child on the way.
